Introduction - What is a ZIP File?
A ZIP file is a compressed format file. One or more original files can be compressed in size and stored in a ZIP file. When the original files are needed, the user can "extract" the original files from the ZIP file using a ZIP file program such as WinZip.
Some of the attachments on this website are compressed as ZIP files. ZIP files have a file extension name of .zip. This file format makes it possible to compress multiple documents and/or large documents and allows us to to provide more content, faster, and at lower cost.
You will need a copy of a ZIP file program such as WinZip to uncompress the ZIP files.
