The Victorian Government and the Victorian Purchasing Board (VGPB) have adopted a new strategic approach for planning, establishing and managing Whole of Victorian Government (WoVG) contract:. State Purchase Contracts (SPC).

Department of Treasury and Finance, as the lead Department, has established an SPC for Document Output Devices (DOD). This contract is mandatory for all inner-budget Departments to purchase DOD for this contract.

The Panel consist of six suppliers.

The arrangements were established in July 2009, for the period of three years, with two one year extensions.
