The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF), acting as the Lead Department has entered into a Whole of Victorian Government (WOVG) Agreement with Citrix Asia Pacific Pty Ltd for the provision of Citrix software, hardware, technical support, professional services and training. Note that Citrix hardware has been added to the scope of the WOVG agreement for the first time. The Agreement has been approved for three years and has two one-year extension options.
As part of the WOVG Agreement, specific Purchase Order terms and conditions have been agreed with Citrix, and will apply to all purchases made under this WOVGA. The full purchase order (PO) terms are available in Confidential Information
Citrix has a number of authorised channel partners which sell Citrix products, however it should be noted that Citrix channel partners are not parties to the Citrix WOVG agreement, and therefore any transactions with channel partners do not have the protections, and are outside of the WOVG Head Agreement.
